PERCY is a 6-7 year old black and silver boy who was a stray taken in by a couple who asked us to help him because he was such a nice and friendly boy that they did not want to send him to a shelter. Percy was chipped with an AKC tag that had never been registered, so there was no way to find his owner. His foster mom says he is the sweetest foster she has had so far, and she has fostered quite a few of our cocker kids. Percy is crate trained and appears to be house trained. He is cooperative and never meets a stranger. He will run up to greet you looking for pats and hugs and is quite playful. 
He will return his ball to you when thrown. The family who took him in has never had a dog, but they took him to the vet because he had ear and eye issues and waited patiently for HCSR to have a foster home open up for him. Percy has definitely had some angels looking out for him.
