Hi, I’m Chelsea…..I’m about 1-1/2 years old but my foster mom says I act like a puppy.  I want to play, play, play all the time!  I am in a foster home with both canines and felines and everything is cool.  But what I really want is a little boy or girl to play with!  I am the cutest little thing you’ve ever seen and my foster mom thinks I’m pretty special….in fact, when I get too busy playing and don’t listen to her, she has a hard time getting mad at me because I look at her with my big brown eyes and wiggle my butt and all is forgiven.  She says I could probably benefit from a puppy class since I guess I am still a puppy and I think that sounds like fun!  Can you give me a forever home?  I promise I will be a good girl!
