Emi Lou was found roaming a neighborhood and rescued several months ago  but was turned over to HCSR so we could help find her a forever home.  This little 3 yr old girl has a salt and pepper coat and may have some Lhasa in her.  She’s only 13 lbs and would make a great lap dog!  She’s about the cutest thing we’ve seen in awhile.
