Chuy was surrendered to a local shelter after his family had a baby.  Chuy was their baby until the human baby came along and then he was no longer wanted. So sad to have given 7 years of your life to a family and then discarded,  but he’s in good hands now with HCSR.  Chuy is such a sweetheart and is house trained.
