Toby has quite the personality – talks all the time and wants to play with his foster brothers and sisters.  He loves lots of attention.  He is very loving and sweet….would probably make a great companion for a child.  Toby came in with Charlie….was surrendered because his mom was gone all the time and she thought he needed more attention.  Toby loves his walks and we’re glad because he can stand to lose a couple of pounds!  But that’s just more to love with this sweet boy!
