Charlie is an absolute beautiful boy who is very sweet and gentle.  He’s about 7 years old but acts more like a 3 year old!  When he goes on his walks, he has his nose to the ground like a hunter.  He is a little scared of loud noises and a little timid around men, but if his foster dad is sitting in a chair, he will jump in his lap and lay his head on his shoulder.  All he wants is to be cuddled and loved.  He was surrendered along with Toby because their mom was gone all the time and felt like the boys needed a home where someone was around more.  Charlie is housetrained, too, which is always a plus!
